Bishop Mark celebrates with Stewart

What do you do when a Bishop pops in for a visit? Give him a job to do of course!

Bishop Mark (Bishop of Horsham) popped in today to have a look around Care for Veterans and to offer his support to the residents and the staff. He was very pleased to be able to present to Stewart a certificate of apprecation from me for all the work he does and especially for helping me with my work experience. I think Stewart was a bit dropped on but smiled his way through any embarassment.

Thank you Bishop Mark for taking time to visit us and for being such a good sport. We enjoyed having you with us!

In case you wonder what I appreciate most about Stewart, here is what the certificate says based on the six C value statements which underpin our work here.

Care: Stewart's kindness makes everyone feel special and valued Committment: Stewart goes the extra mile - or should that be the extra 10km!

Communication: This is at the heart of what Stewart does- and always with a smile.

Courage: Taking on the change of name and re-branding. Well done!

Compassion: Nothing is too much trouble. People really matter to Stewart.

Competency: Stewart has an amazing eye for detail and the ability to translate a concept into reality through digital media.
